WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO PERIODICALLY CLEAN AND RENOVATE THE FACADES?
Välise soojusisolatsioonisüsteemi (ETICS) kihti ja seeläbi ka fassaadi välimust võivad kahjustada mitmed tegurid, näiteks linnareostus (tolm, sudu) ja bioloogiline saaste (seened, vetikad, hallitus jne).
Kuna hoone fassaad on lisaks esteetilisele väljanägemisele oluline ka ilmastiku- ning välistegurite vastase kaitsekihi tekitamiseks, tuleb kasutada lahendust, mis tagab fassaadile kauakestva vastupidavuse.

HOW IS IT REASONABLE TO START CLEANING THE FAÇADE?
The façade, which is dirty, visibly black or covered with moss and algae, is recommended to be cleaned as shown in our video above:
- Clean the façade from dirt: spray or brush an aqueous solution of Ceresit CT 98 concentrate on the surface of the façade, following the dilution recommendations specified in the technical datasheet of the product - then wash the surface with a high-pressure washer.
- After complete drying, spray an aqueous solution of Ceresit CT 99 onto the surface, following the dilution recommendations given in the technical datasheet of the product. Use protective gloves, goggles and a mask during application!
- After about 8 hours of action, decide whether the surface paint is satisfactory or whether it should be repainted. After you have successfully removed the dirt using the above steps, and the substrate is suitable, apply Ceresit CT 9 impregnation agent to the surface with a sprayer or brush (it is also possible with a roller, but less desirable due to the consistency of the product). If you want to change the façade color, update it, or if mechanical damage has been repaired on the surface, prime the surface with Ceresit CT 17 - then apply the Ceresit CT 48 self-cleaning silicone façade paint of the desired shade.

KUIDAS KAITSTA FASSAADI PÄIKESEKIIRGUSE NEGATIIVSETE MÕJUDE EEST?
Kui värvite hoone tugeva päikesevalguse käes olevat külge – eriti kui valite tumeda või intensiivse värvi –, soovitame kasutada Ceresit CT 110 Solar Protect fassaadivärvi.
